The Journey

As we begin you will indulge yourself in a gentle cranial acupressure technique that puts the body, mind and spirit into deep relaxation. Followed by a  guided meditation to clear any energy's you have taken on from people and places holding you back from enjoying your life. Then we finish off the session with a massage designed to rejuvenate, refresh, align and ignite your soul, body to body.
